Rubedia, a distinguished book publishing house with over 580 published books and more than 180,000 positive book reviews, is seeking a “Publishing Associate” to join our dedicated team.
This remote position involves managing communication with readers, coordinating book formatting for Kindle, scheduling book promotions, supporting our continuous research to publish best-selling books, and assisting in the creation of engaging email campaigns.
It’s a position that asks for both teamwork and independent and creative thinking as you will be asked to understand the publishing processes and effectively communicate with others. At the same time, a culture of openness and helpfulness is highly recommended.

Your day-to-day tasks:
- Managing Author Communication: Support our authors by responding to readers’ inquiries, emails, blog posts, and social media messages.
- Newsletters: Be responsible for the creation and delivery of multiple newsletters from our authors with the aim to publicize and promote their books as well as authentically engage with the audience.
- Book Formatting: Coordinating the formatting of books for platforms like Kindle, ensuring proper presentation and readability.
- Researching Book Trends and Email Marketing Strategies (Copywriting): Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to identify potential bestselling book topics and genres for future publication. Since you’ll also be responsible for the newsletters, you must enhance your knowledge of copywriting by active research and testing new ideas.
- Book Promotion: Collaborating with the team to plan and execute book promotion strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
- Critical Review Analysis: Monitoring and documenting essential reviews of the books, identifying patterns and areas for improvement, and providing reports for future book enhancements.
- Social Media Content Creation: Assisting in creating engaging and captivating social media posts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to promote the books and interact with the readership community.
Location:
This position is entirely remote. Work from anywhere as long as you have a great Internet connection and a comfortable workspace.

We calculate around 30-40 hour work week, with flexible working hours.
