Rubedia, a distinguished book publishing house with over 580 published books and more than 180,000 positive book reviews, is seeking a Book Managing Editor to join our dedicated team.
This remote position involves overseeing the entire book production process, including beta reading, drafting compelling storylines, and coordinating with freelancers such as writers, editors, plot developers, and cover designers. It’s a position that asks for both teamwork and independent and creative thinking.
The successful candidate will also manage the publication schedule, ensuring timely releases, and maintaining high-quality standards in all our romance book offerings. At the same time, a culture of openness and helpfulness is highly recommended.
