Digital Marketer

Rubedia, a successful publishing house with years on the field, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, with a focus on Facebook Advertising, SEO, and Google Analytics. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that generate new leads and drive sales to our books.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Facebook Advertising campaigns to improve our CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
  • Utilize Conversion API to track and analyze campaign performance
  • Optimize website and content for search engines to improve organic traffic and search rankings
  • Use Google Analytics to track website performance and generate reports
  • Understand the power of effective copywriting and create compelling content for various platforms and campaigns
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging materials
  • Provide suggestions to improve our email campaigns that reach +60k email subscribers
  • Create and publish social media posts
  • Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising, SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with website optimization and analytics tools
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project-management and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Location:

This position is fully remote work from anywhere as long as you have a stable Internet connection and a comfortable workspace.

Previous Experience:

Rate:

A base salary plus a strong performance-based bonus.
